Why is it important to have the Holy Spirit living in you?

Why do you have to be born of the Spirit and believe on Jesus’ name?
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. [Eph.5:26] :17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. :18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Why are you condemned already without the gift of Jesus Christ the Son of God?

What is sin and how long has it been around?

Is there anyone that is saved by their own works and righteousness?

From the beginning has God’s word revealed a contrast between good and evil?
1 John 3:4 … for sin is the transgression of the law. :8 … for the devil sinneth from the beginning. :11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. :12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
Before sin enters into our earth’s history what did God make and
establish for mankind? Here are three things that Satan hates.
1) Genesis 1:1to31; John 1:1, 3,14; Isaiah 66:22,23; 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else. [Our Creator wants and loves you!]
2) Genesis 2:1to3; Exodus 20:3to11; 31:13; Mark 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: :28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath. [The true sign of our loving God!]
3) Genesis 2:20to25; Exodus 20:12to17; Mark 10:6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. :7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; :8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.[family, relationships]
Why does the devil hate these truths?
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. :17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. ... :20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. :21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. :22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, :23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. :25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. :26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: :27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. [God and his Creation, seventh-day Sabbath and Marriage between a man and a woman are all part of the gospel of Christ. [John 1:1to3,10,14] These signs and wonders show that God wants loving relationships with His creation. That make Satan look very foolish to have known that these are truths and to turn away from God! So he hates Christ and tries to hid these gifts from God! Ezekiel 22:26; 28:12to19]
Has God’s word and earth’s history shown that Satan has through worldly and religious powers tried to change what God has established?
2 Thessalonians 2:1to13; Daniel 7:21to :25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. [Rev.13:6,16] 1 John 2:3,17,18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
1) Evolution has been taught in many countries around the world for many years.
2) During the “Dark Ages” the seventh-day Sabbath was changed to Sunday.
This abomination to God is the day of worship to the Sun god. Ezekiel 8:15,16
3) Loving marriages and families have been under attack for many years also.
